Located at the TQEH, SA Health Urgent Care Hub (formerly BRIGHT Woodville), is a referral only service that provides care for patients who can be safely managed outside of the ED.

Patients can receive consultations, medical imaging, telemetry, pathology, supported transport, timely multidisciplinary assessment and treatment and onward referral to community care.
Services include:
- medical imaging (including CT scan)
- telemetry (Cardiac monitoring and respiratory rate and oxygen monitors)
- intravenous (IV) antibiotics and fluid replacement
- pathology and point of care testing
- clinical pharmacy
- wrap-around care, including referral to other at-home or outpatient services (i.e., Hospital in the Home, Geriatrics in the Home, High Risk Foot Clinic etc.).

- general physicians, geriatricians, and specialist physicians
- nurse practitioners, aboriginal health nurse, and nursing staff
- physiotherapists and occupational therapists
- podiatrists
- social workers

The Urgent Care Hub is a referral only service and does not accept walk ins.
Patients must be referred by an approved referral service such as:
- general practice
- emergency departments
- community care providers
- SA Virtual Care Service
- SA Ambulance Service.

The Urgent Care Hub is located on the TQEH site, in the former emergency department.
Open 7 days a week, including public holidays.
Hours are 8:30 am to 9:30 pm.
