Fresh+ Café is located between the main entrance of TQEH and the Kangkanthi building.
Opening hours are:
- Monday to Friday 6.30 am to 6:30 pm
- Saturday to Sunday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Public holidays 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
Vending machines can also be found throughout the hospital.

The Friends of TQEH Gift Shop is located next to the main entrance.
Opening hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am to 12 noon.
The gift shop is designed for easy access, with all profits raised going to The Friends of TQEH who raise money to buy equipment and amenities for the hospital.
Staffed by volunteers, the shops sells a wide assortment of goods including:
- cards
- stuffed toys
- fresh flower arrangements
- toiletry items
- second hand books
- handmade crafts
- hand-knitted baby wear
- Melba chocolates.
The Friends sewing group also supply popular items such as head scarves, aprons, adult feeders and tote bags.

An adult accessible changing facility is located on the ground floor of the Kangkanthi building.
Changing facilities include:
- a height-adjustable adult-sized change table
- a constant-charging ceiling track hoist system
- a centrally-located peninsula toilet
- more circulation space than standard accessible toilets
- an automatic door with a clear opening of 950 mm at minimum
- a privacy screen.

Pridmore Garden is open to members of the public and staff.
The gardens are located between the Blue Ribbon corridor, the Allied Health building, and the South building.
Other outdoor spaces have restrictions, including the Anna Qastina Crouch Memorial Garden and the Sensory Garden.

A multi-faith room is located on the ground floor of the Tower Block.
Spiritual care practitioners and chaplains are available at the hospital to assess spiritual and religious needs and facilitate support within the community as required.

An Interpreter Coordinator is located on the ground floor of the Tower Block, near the Outpatients entrance.

People who visit a number of SA Health sites will now have access to free Wi-Fi.
Connecting to the free Wi-Fi is a simple two step process – you do not need a username or password:
- Go to Settings then Wi-Fi on your device, and select the SA Health Public network
- Accept the Acceptable Use Policy.

An ATM is located near the lifts in the Tower Block, in between the main entrance and outpatients.
