Access Hub is a national service providing information and services to help people who are d/Deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech communication difficulty, to make a phone call or connect online.

You can access and learn about the National Relay Service here, as well as other ways to connect. 

Outpatients

All outpatient enquiries can be directed to the outpatients department, including:

  • to change or cancel an outpatient appointment
  • general queries regarding appointments.

Please wait until your appointment to ask specific questions relating to your condition as these cannot be answered over the phone.
